Weldorado is a striking colt from the highly successful Eldorado vd Zeshoek x For Pleasure combination — a proven cross that has already produced top-level show jumpers such as Electric Blue P, Killer Queen VDM and H5 Kontador VDM.

His sire, Eldorado vd Zeshoek, has established himself as one of the leading sires in modern show jumping breeding. With a growing number of successful offspring, including Grandorado TN, Highway TN, Gangster vd Noodevelt and Eddy Blue.  Eldorado continues to make his mark at the highest level of the sport and is rapidly establishing himself among the world's most influential jumping sires.

Weldorado combines this exceptional sire line with a powerful and proven damline, making him an exciting prospect for both sport and future breeding.

 

Weldorado's dam, Reola, is a five-year-old mare. Her dam, Dirola (Indoctro), has already proven herself as a valuable broodmare. Dirola is the dam of My Diamant (Diamant de Semilly), who, at just nine years of age, is already competing successfully at 1.50m level with Julia Beck (GER). His exceptional quality led to his sale to the United States, where he now competes with Laura Gaither. Dirola is also the dam of Ilon, a KWPN-approved stallion who has already recorded two victories at 1.45m level in Wellington, USA, with Mattias Tromp. Her daughter Kirola (Toulon) has likewise competed successfully at 1.40m level with Kristian Houwen.

The third dam, Irola (Larome), is another proven producer of international show jumpers. Her offspring include several horses competing successfully at 1.40–1.50m level, among them: Chance competing at 1.50m level with Kathryn Ellison (GBR). Brooklynn (Birola) competing with Joanne Whitaker (GBR). G-Star Z competing at 1.45m level with Lucien De Wachter (BEL) and Vrantos, successful at 1.40m level

The fourth dam, Arfarnmira (Ramiro), competed herself at 1.35m level and is the granddam of the 1.60m Grand Prix winner Sarantos (Emilion), who achieved a prestigious victory in the Amsterdam Grand Prix with Gert-Jan Bruggink.

Going further back, Unic (Farn) also competed successfully at 1.40m level.
