ABOUT
Sire Chacco Blue was a long-standing leader of the WBFSH World Breeding Rankings. Since 2025, he has been ranked third, with no fewer than 17 offspring among the world’s top 300. His influence on international show jumping is unparalleled.
Chacco Blue continues to make his mark at the highest level of the sport, with numerous 1.60m Grand Prix performers among his offspring, including Cornet Blue PS, Chacco’s Girlstar, Hello Chadora Lady, Blue Movie, Chanyon and Chalou. His progeny are renowned for their exceptional scope, outstanding attitude and genuine winning mentality.
The dam Balou van Overis, by Baloubet du Rouet, has already proven herself as a successful broodmare. She produced Berlouke AL Z, who is competing at 1.45m level with Hugo Tavares (POR), as well as Chico AL Z, a promising young horse competing at 1.35m level with Adrien Bonneau (FRA). Chico AL Z also claimed victory in the 7-Year-Old Youngsters Tour at Fontainebleau.
The third dam, Courtisane Z, is another proven producer. She is the dam of two approved stallions that competed at 1.50m level, as well as Coeur de la Vie Z, who successfully jumped at 1.45m level with Jérôme Rouselle. Two additional offspring of Courtisane Z were produced by Stal Van der Vleuten and went on to compete successfully at 1.40m level.
The fourth dam, Ganeffa Z, is a daughter of the Grand Prix 1.60m mare Heureka Z. Heureka Z is the granddam of the legendary Ratina Z and stands at the foundation of one of the most influential dam lines in international show jumping.
This exceptional family has produced a remarkable number of top-class sport horses, including Ratina Z, Comme Il Faut, Call Me de Muze, Renommee Z and Sterrehof’s Cayetano Z.
Ganeffa Z herself also produced successful 1.45–1.50m performers, including Roebel Z and Caraloco Z.
